Preauthorized ACH Payments

If you would like to have your mortgage payments automatically withdrawn from your bank account, please click on this link and fill out the form: Authorization Agreement for Preauthorized Payments . If you are unsure of the transit/ABA number or your account number, please contact your bank for this information.

Return the completed form with a voided check (for checking withdrawal) or deposit slip (for savings withdrawal) to the MFA at the address below. We must have a voided check or deposit slip and a completed form in order to process your automatic withdrawal.

Once your ACH auto-draft application is processed, you will receive a confirmation letter that tells you when your automatic withdrawal will begin. Continue making payments on your loan until the auto-draft begin date.
