Extension for compliance files may be granted if requested prior to the 45 day expiration date, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled without notice.

Extension for closed loan/purchase file must be requested prior to the 75 day day expiration date or late delivery fee schedule will be applied.

Re-reservation (From Cancelled Status)

Tax Credit Loan Fee

MFA is charging a $200 fee on each Tax Credit Loan.  The Fee will be deducted from wire when MFA purchases the loan.  The fee cannot be included int he loan; the borrower or the seller should pay the fee at closing.
